BUT remember you have a light that can brighten a room.

It is okay to feel sorry for yourself.
BUT remember you are stronger than you think.

It is okay to feel tired and over it all.
BUT remember you can make it happen, when you want to.

It is okay to feel lonely and want to spend time by yourself.
BUT remember there are so many people there waiting for you.

It is okay to not love your body at times.
BUT remember you can always show your body the respect it deserves.

It is okay to rest and recoup.
BUT remember you don't have to be super woman and prove yourself to everyone.

It is okay to say no without any explanation or reason.
BUT remember there can be real power in saying yes to what you need.

It is okay to stand up and speak out about what irritates or makes you angry.
BUT remember that sometimes we have to chose our battles wisely.

It is okay to put yourself first without feeling guilty.
BUT remember there are times when giving to others can be the best feeling in the world.

It is okay to feel the pressure to be a certain way, look a certain way or wish you had what she has.
BUT remember who you are, what you bring to the world and how you do it, is of value.

Most of all remember how important you are despite all the bullshit that can seep into our lives and make us feel less than okay.
