Refund and Returns Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Online Store Purchases

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our online store, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To request a return, email hello@thejustsayingproject.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items, gift cards, or custom/made-to-order products.

Event Tickets and Workshops

Event tickets and workshop bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by JSP Studio. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket or booking to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours before the event.

If JSP Studio cancels an event, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders.

Venue Hire

Cancellation and refund terms for venue hire are set out in the Venue Hire Agreement provided at the time of booking.

Artwork Purchases

Artwork purchased at JSP Studio exhibitions is sold on behalf of the artist. All artwork sales are final unless the work is materially different from its description or is damaged upon delivery. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the work.
